Problem:  Aligners became the darling of the orthodontic world, skyrocketing to $3.1 Billion annual sales in 2022, but patients complained about the discomfort and subsequent poor compliance not wanting to wear them 22 hours per day. Also, they had to change appliances every week.

Solution:  Turning conventional wisdom on it’s head, we created a new three layer aligner material that was significantly more comfortable and only needed to change appliances every two weeks simplifying treatment, lowering costs and making both orthodontists and patients happy. Multiple US and international patents allowed the manufacturer to dramatically increase revenue and profits and become the leading independent aligner material supplier in the world.
